Every Chibcha engagement follows a consistent shape, even though the content differs by client. That shape is: listen carefully, review the relevant materials, share what we find, and agree on practical steps. Nothing is delivered without a conversation first.
Diagnostic call
We listen to your situation and determine which arrangement fits — or whether none of them do right now.
Material review
We review financial statements, reports, or other documents before sessions — so time together is well used.
Working session
A focused conversation in person or by video. Your questions are the agenda, with our analysis as a starting point.
Written summary
A plain-language document capturing what was discussed, what was found, and what the agreed next steps are.
